When will my order be shipped out?
Orders are shipped out within 3 business days of being placed, with the exception of preordered items. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with the requisite info.
When will my order arrive?
Orders within the USA are shipped via media mail and take 2-10 days to arrive after being dispatched. International orders take 1-3 weeks. If your location is not currently available as an option, let us know.
How do you package your items?
All items are packaged in a plain cardboard box or mailer with a label addressed to you from Exotika Media.
What's your cancellation/returns/refunds policy?
This is a small operation and we only offer refunds in extreme cases (i.e. an item is unable to be delivered), so please be sure to read all details and make certain of your choice before purchasing. Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours on request. If you need to change details such as the shipping address, or have specific shipping requests, we are generally happy to oblige.
When will my preorder be ready?
If we don't yet have a release date, it comes down to the printer and how quickly supply chain issues can be resolved. We'll update you with an official date as soon as we know it. The cost of preorders go directly to printing the forthcoming issue, so we appreciate your patience and thank you endlessly for the continued support!
